My journey began with a simple goal — to help people move better and live without pain. Over years of clinical physiotherapy, I noticed something that changed how I viewed recovery: two people with the same diagnosis and the same treatment could have completely different outcomes.
Recovery was shaped by far more than the site of pain. The way we move, adapt to stress, and how our nervous system responds all play a role. That led me beyond traditional rehabilitation — to fascial work, somatic therapy and nervous-system regulation — so treatment addresses the whole person, not just the area of pain.
Somatic therapy and nervous-system regulation translate beautifully to video — the same guided work, from your own quiet corner of the world.
